Description
The Bug Farmer™ two gallon bucket feeder is an effective way to get a lot of food on to a hive in a hurry. With its nearly ~2" hole covered with micro woven stainless steel it outperforms bucket feeders made with simple bung plugs. Where a bung plug has several pin hols drilled in it to provide for an area for the bees to feed the Bug Farmer™ bucket feeder with its nearly 2" micro screen allows for more bees to siamotainously gather the syrup from the ~2" surface area and return it to the comb. This will allow your bees to quickly build up stores in the winter with 2:1 syrup or burn through 1:1 in the spring to build out the brood nest or build out comb.
